Hunting Season

2 Weekends ago Scott brought home his first deer. Luciana and him spent most of the Sunday butchering it, a very gruesome image (at least for me).

Well, this Saturday Scott got 3 more deer...

Now I have "hanging" on my garage more than 300 lbs. of meat "curing", a drooling dog and an intense smell of raw meat. Oh well.

Damn Leaves!

It took me 3 hours (and a sore elbow) to "herd" all those @$*&% leaves (plus the backyard) and still there's one more oak that needs to spit its load. **sigh**

And yes, we will have a windy week.

A .27 cal. nail driver. Definitely is not pleasant to wake up from bed with the sound of gun shots inside your home, specially if they are coming from a pregnant woman.
