Giulia's Arrival

Today at 2:30PM, our niece Giulia arrived from Florence to stay for a whole month with us. One of the goals of this trip (besides mowing the lawn) is to improve her English...after a few hours I realized that is not going to be simple task.

Ich Spreche Nicht Deutsches

Towson University confirmed us the names of the students we're going to host for a week, Katharina and Charlotte. Luciana and I are very excited to have them over and to experience the almost American experience...although I'm not sure if they're going to be as excited as we are when they realize that they have a lot of lawn to mow. If they can read this blog before their arrival, I just have to say:

"Achtung mit dem spiegel links von dem auto!!"

The Face Game

Yesterday night Jiho, Chungwon, Robbi, Matthew and us got together for dinner at this Korean restaurant (which name I can't remember), to wish Robbi good luck for her upcoming trip to Alaska...

Afterwards, Matthew and Robbi introduced us to the "Face Game"...

My Car Stinks!

As you can see by the picture we have reach temperatures above the 90's (or 35 degrees Celsius) no big deal specially if you come from a warm country, the real "deal" is when you add 100% humidity and the smell of rotten fish inside a Mini...Yes, my lunch (grilled salmon) leaked through my lunchbox into the passenger seat...Yuck!

Sunday we tried to encourage Bert-O to swim across the pool of PetDepot...no go. But he did enjoy the fresh water and the fact that he didn't have to swim, his life jacket became his best buddy.

Intel's Newest Client

Yesterday Apple announced that it's dropping his IBM partnership, Apple will now rollover into Intel processors. I have mixed feelings about it. I just can't imagine a e-machine running OS X...and this is just the beginning.
